Proposed new works to be undertaken at Rennes ...

Let's refer to the gossip regarding building works allegedly planned for Rennes:

- firstly in direct connection with the buildings of Bérenger Saunière, the wall that runs along the access road to the church on the right side, not the one adjoining the church but the second just before, will be partially demolished and another will be built perpendicular to the war memorial to better access the monument.

- the cedar tree of the garden of Calvary will be cut down because it threatens the church by its size and its roots.

- vehicles will be permanently banned in the village and the parking at the top of the village next to the water tower will be removed; benches, new plantations faithful to existing ones will replace them.

- on the other hand, the project of removal of the town hall in the villa Bethania was not mentioned but is an old project....

- other works have been mentioned but we are waiting to cross our sources to evoke them!

We reiterate that these projects are not finalized!
